The Examiner of Baltimore is a new newspaper that just hit the streets here last month. It's mode of distribution, for the time being, is by newsies doing old-fashioned hawking of the paper.. for free... in the downtown business district and the Inner Harbor area.

Examiner headquarters is in a rather undistinguished hi-rise building in the 500 block of East Pratt Street. But last week, I noticed that the southeast corner of the building makes for a nice pattern... by the dawn's early light.
